We want to congratulate the Fairview Dance Team on winning 1st Place in the Elementary Hip Hop Division at the Tennessee Valley Fair! They worked so hard and deserved it. Also, we wanna recognize Makinlee Carson. She earned the "Award of Excellence." Each coach had to choose one person that is the umbrella of for the team on a cloudy day. This girl is always positive and ready to work. She has improved so much this year. She is there for her teammates, and shows great character. This story will show you why she deserves it. She told one of the other dance members that they deserve it more than she did. If that doesn't show character I'm not sure what does. We are so proud of our dance team.
